Casey M. Whitley
Senior Pastor
Hello, my name is Casey Whitley and I am the General Overseer and Sr. Pastor here at the Oak Apostolic Mission. I came into the ministry in 2019 when I had a personal encounter with the Lord. My passion is training, equipping, and sending out sons and daughters of God.
I got married to my beautiful bride in 2019.
Since then we have been blessed with two awesome kids that one day will run beside us in this mission.

Jerika Whitley
Pastor's Wife
My name is Jerika Whitley, born and raised in Stanly County. I am a proud wife to Casey, and we have been blessed with two beautiful children! I rededicated my life to Christ in 2018 and have been living faithfully every day since. I have a servant's heart and try to be the hands and feet of Jesus
to those around me.

Lee Seamon
Elder
Lee Seamon received salvation in 1989 at the age of 12. Lee graduated in 1995 from a church-based homeschool group. He has spent two summers leading overseas mission trips through Teen Missions International and has participated in prison outreach, bringing the gospel to incarcerated men in Stanly County. Lee is an elder with OAM, with a focus on ministry support.

Mandy Seamon
Children & Youth Ministry
Mandy Seamon was saved in 1992 at the age of 12. She graduated from West Stanly High School in 1998 and received her Bachelor’s of Art in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2004. She has participated in prison outreach, bringing the gospel to incarcerated women in Stanly County. Mandy has a background in education, as well as children’s and youth ministry.

Nicky Wills
Elder
My name is Nicky Wills. I was agnostic until around 2016 but wasn't born again until September of 2020. I've been married since May of 2021. I have been with The Oak Apolostic Mission since it's birth in 2022.

Wayne Burleson
Elder
Wayne is our head of intersession and prayer. He is a well-seasoned veteran of ministry. He was born again in 1998. He was given many prophecies about Casey and the church growing in Albemarle. Wayne is always hearing words of wisdom from God and his plans for this church. There will be a great move of God in Albemarle and it will be called the Albemarle Revival. He believes that this church will do things Jesus would, and above and beyond.

Sons of Righteousness
Partner Ministry
Sons of Righteousness Ministries is the Evangelistic ministry of Jacob and Charlene Phillips. They have been in ministry for 22 years. They have been involved in music ministry, prison ministry, street ministry, and they are currently traveling throughout the U.S. preaching the Kingdom of God with SIGNS following. Jacob has authored 3 books. Born Without a Brain, Prayer of Faith, and No Condemnation.
